Hi penko-to, I think it may be valued not less than 200$. Maybe more.
I guess someone more skilled than me could give a more accurate estimate.
Slabbed and professionally graded estimated retail depending on grade. I will not attempt to grade it but will note that the details around the shield on the eagles chest are lacking compared to the Numista example.
Krause shows only a small premium for the СП variety, but I doubt this is accurate.
I did not find any auction sale in a first search on coinarchives and acsearch. This probably means the coin is uncommon compared to the normal ПC (which is very common).
Let's see if anyone can find a recent sale of this type.

They are estimates after all. Numista has no information, history, or estimate on it at all. NGC / Krause clearly already did this research long before we did. This was the best estimate I could find. Good luck finding more accurate estimates.

It would be good to understand what NGC says about their valuation of (non-US) coins:
Disclaimer: The prices listed in the various NGC Price and Value Guides are compiled from a number of independent, third party sources in the numismatic community which NGC believes to be reliable. Prices provided are averages, not specific prices for individual coins. Further, because these prices are only updated from time to time, they do not reflect short term pricing trends, which are quite common and are often quite dramatic, given the volatile nature of the collectible coin marketplace. This is especially true for rare coins, where there are fewer sales and greater variations in sale prices. For all of these reasons, the prices in these guides are designed to serve merely as one of many measures and factors that coin buyers and sellers can use in determining coin values. These prices are not intended, and should not be relied upon, to replace the due diligence and — when appropriate — expert consultation that coin buyers and sellers should undertake when entering into a coin transaction. As such, NGC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, with respect to the information contained in the NGC Guides. By using the NGC Guides, the user agrees that neither NGC nor any of its affiliates, shareholders, officers, employees or agents shall have any liability for any loss or damage of any kind, including without limitation any loss arising from reliance on the information contained in the Guides.
I completely understand what NGC says about estimates. Everybody should understand that when responding to an inquiry about values we can only rely on the best information available at the moment and recent history. I trust NGC estimated values as much as any source as they are constantly monitoring these issues, it is the nature of the service they provide. Always accurate and up to date if there was a sale a month ago, of course not. One sale does not establish overall estimated values and certainly does not pertaining to the grade or condition of the OP's coin. No, we can only estimate it's value based on the grade we as individuals grade the item we are looking at. In the end every coin is only worth what a person is willing to pay for it. Far too often I see responses from members that place unrealistic expectations and values to the OP's inquiry that they would never actually realize in the real world or the marketplace. So, lets spend all day to see if we can find an auction that will place a definitive value on the OP's coin? Not me.
Me neither.
Coin Archives has 38 entries under Russia 1818 rouble. None of them have these assayer initials.
acsearch has more like 200 entries None of them has these assayer initials.
That tells us something.
I wasn't trying to comment on the accuracy of any single piece of information in NGC for this type, but was commenting on the relative value for a subtype that appears to be very uncommon.
Helpful link.
